‘I Called Amit Shah’: Ex-Union Minister Ravneet Bittu Blames AAP After Convoy Attack In Punjab
BJP leader and former Union Minister Ravneet Singh Bittu alleged that his cavalcade was attacked by AAP workers near Batala in Punjab while he was travelling to Pathankot for an anti-drug yatra. Bittu claimed over 100 AAP workers targeted the convoy and hurled eggs at it. He alleged that a window pane of two escort vehicles was broken and the jammer vehicle was damaged. Bittu said he had informed the Union Home Ministry and held Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and the state DGP responsible if anything happened to him or his associates. His security team reportedly apprehended three people.
