J&K Police Bust Lashkar-Linked OGW Network In Rajouri: 3 Arrested, IED Recovered
Jammu and Kashmir Police on Monday busted an alleged Over Ground Worker network linked to terrorist outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba and arrested three persons in Rajouri. Officials said the accused were allegedly involved in providing logistical support, safe transit and other ground-level assistance to terrorists. They are also suspected of acting as guides and facilitating the movement of terrorist groups towards the Kashmir Valley. The accused, identified as Zakir Husaain, Mohd Azam and Mohd Mustaq, allegedly provided ground support to terrorists linked to multiple high-profile attacks, including one targeting civilians. An IED was also recovered based on the disclosure of one accused. Police are continuing their probe to identify other associates and establish the full network.
