Manipur Violence: Three Naga Villages Attacked, 10 Houses Torched In Fresh Kangpokpi Clashes

Fresh violence has erupted in Manipur’s Kangpokpi district, where unknown armed individuals attacked three Liangmai Naga villages along the Imphal-Tamenglong road. At least 10 houses were set ablaze and one villager, identified as N Luithuibou, suffered bullet injuries. The attack came a day after three Kuki civilians were killed in Teikhang village. Security forces, including CRPF’s CoBRA unit and Manipur Police, have launched a search operation. Since May 13, 17 Kuki-Zo and Naga people have reportedly been killed in separate incidents. No group has claimed responsibility. Watch
