Modi Cabinet Clears ITLA: Big Push For India’s Transport & Logistics Sector

Set up as a Special Purpose Vehicle, ITLA will coordinate planning, project appraisal, monitoring, data analytics, research and policy support across transport sectors. It will prepare a National Transport Master Plan with a planning horizon of 10 years or more, covering roads, railways, ports, aviation, waterways, coastal shipping, urban mobility and logistics.
