‘Paise Ki Garmi’: Akhilesh Yadav Expels SP Leaders From Meet After They Clash In His Presence

A heated argument broke out between two Samajwadi Party leaders during a meeting attended by party chief Akhilesh Yadav in Lucknow. According to reports, SP leader Manjeet Yadav and former Etah district panchayat chairman Jugendra Singh Yadav exchanged words and allegedly hurled abuses at each other. Akhilesh Yadav reportedly asked the two leaders to leave the meeting after witnessing the commotion. The meeting, attended by around 250 senior leaders and office-bearers from Etah and Kasganj, was held to review organisational preparedness ahead of the 2027 Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections. Following the incident, the SP dissolved its district committees in both Etah and Kasganj, along with their frontal organisations. Akhilesh later commented on the incident, saying, “These things happen, it’s okay,” and urged party workers to work together.
