Pakistan Tried Chinese Satellites For Op Sindoor Evidence But Failed, Says Ex-CDS Anil Chauhan

Former CDS General Anil Chauhan has revealed that Pakistan tried accessing commercial satellite imagery, including from Chinese companies, to establish whether its strikes during Operation Sindoor had hit their intended targets. Chauhan said Pakistan remained “blind” about the results and continued seeking imagery until around May 12. He explained that commercial satellite images from US and Chinese companies are available to anyone, but access depends on contracts, payments and waiting periods. According to Chauhan, Pakistan even tried other Chinese satellites but failed to obtain evidence of successful target hits, fuelling speculation within Pakistan.
