‘PM Modi Calls You Dimagi Naxal, Naraz Fufa’: Rahul Gandhi, CJP Hit Out Over Delhi Building Collapse

Delhi’s Satya Niketan PG building collapse has triggered a political confrontation, with Lok Sabha LoP and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi attacking Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the BJP government. Gandhi accused the government of failing to take preventive action before accidents and alleged that accountability is later placed on lower-level officials while the “real culprits” escape responsibility. He said the Satya Niketan collapse was not an isolated tragedy and referred to incidents in Saidulajab and Hauz Rani. Gandhi also alleged that critics are labelled “dimagi naxal” and “naraz fufa” when they question the government. Meanwhile, CJP Chief Spokesperson Saurav Das questioned the operation of PGs in Satya Niketan and alleged that an MCD safety notice had been ignored. He also called for investigation into the alleged PG mafia and political links.
