"Rahul Gandhi Grabbed Pregnant Journalist, Threw Her To The Ground": BJP Hits Out At Congress

The BJP has accused Congress leader Rahul Gandhi of allegedly manhandling Richa Parashar, a three-month-pregnant journalist covering a protest. BJP spokesperson Pradeep Bhandari shared a video in which Parashar reportedly recounts the incident and claimed that she was hospitalised. Bhandari alleged that Gandhi grabbed the journalist by the shoulder and elbow, causing her to fall, and criticised the Congress leader’s stance on women’s rights. He also accused Congress workers of failing to help her and questioned the party leadership’s response to other allegations. BJP Delhi vice-president Rajesh Bhatia said he received information from the journalist’s sister and went to the hospital to assist her.
