Telangana CM Revanth Reddy’s ‘Shiva Poor, Ram Rich’ Remark Sparks BJP Backlash

Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s remarks comparing Lord Shiva and Lord Ram have triggered a political controversy.Reddy said, “Shiva is the God of the poor, Ram is the God of the rich,” while also questioning the BJP’s use of the slogan “Jai Shri Ram” over “Har Har Mahadev.” BJP leaders, including Union Minister Bandi Sanjay Kumar and Telangana BJP chief N. Ramchander Rao, criticised the remarks and accused Reddy of creating a divide between Lord Ram and Lord Shiva.
