Trains, Metro & More: Delhi Police Maps Out Security Plan Over CJP’s Jantar Mantar Protest

Delhi is on heightened alert ahead of the proposed October 10 CJP protest at Jantar Mantar over alleged irregularities in electoral roll revisions. The protest has been denied permission, and authorities have cited concerns over public safety, traffic and law and order. Separately, liquor shops across Delhi will remain closed on October 9 and 10. Commuters are advised to check official railway and Metro updates before travelling.
