The organization paid tribute to him, stating that the Indian film industry has lost a true artist and a kind-hearted individual.In a heartfelt message shared on social media platform X, the association noted that Khan's death has left the Bollywood community in shock. With a career spanning hundreds of films, he demonstrated that supporting actors can leave a lasting impression on audiences. Khan is fondly remembered for his roles in notable films such as "Welcome," "Gadar: Ek Prem Katha," "Jodi No. 1," "Aashiqui," "Sadak," "Dil Hai Ki Manta Nahin," and "Hum Hain Rahi Pyar Ke." His famous dialogue from "Welcome," “My one leg is artificial; I used to be a great hockey player,” remains a beloved comedic line, often bringing smiles to faces even years later.The All Indian Cine Workers Association highlighted Khan's unique ability to make people laugh through his comedy, which endeared him to countless families.
