To address potential disruptions, officials and staff will be on duty around the clock at key railway stations, including Ambala, Saharanpur, and Bathinda. Their primary goal is to provide timely information to travelers and quickly resolve any issues that may arise. The division has confirmed that officials will be present at these stations to assist passengers and monitor arrangements continuously. Additionally, a dedicated control room will operate 24/7, with staff assigned in shifts to ensure effective oversight and coordination at all times.
To enhance collaboration among various departments and maintain effective oversight of the situation, a special war room has been established. This facility will facilitate coordination between railway stations and the control room, allowing for prompt action on passenger concerns and operational needs. Passengers are urged to check the status of their trains and the latest updates through official railway channels before commencing their journeys to avoid any inconvenience.
The Ambala Division remains committed to providing better facilities, timely updates, and effective management of rail services amidst ongoing challenges. In light of the CJP protest, the National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) has also issued an advisory for passengers traveling on the Namo Bharat train. The advisory states that the Sarai Kale Khan and New Ashok Nagar Namo Bharat stations in Delhi will be temporarily closed, restricting boarding and alighting facilities for passengers during this period.
Travelers are advised to plan their journeys in advance and consider alternative travel arrangements if necessary.
