Bihar Govt Free Skill Training 2025: Apply Online for Smartphone Repair & Solar-LED Courses..

Bihar: The Bihar government is running a free skill development training program to provide employment opportunities to youth in the technical field. Applications have been invited for two different courses by the Department of Industries, Bihar, at this time. These include Repair & Maintenance Assistant (Smartphones) and Product Assembly Assistant (Solar-LED) courses.

Both trainings are completely free, and the selected candidates will also be given free food and accommodation. At the time of enrollment, Rs 1,000 will have to be deposited as caution money, which will be returned by BSDM on completion of training.

Repair & Maintenance Assistant (Smartphones): Smartphone Repairing Course
The duration of this course has been kept at 330 hours. In this, the selected candidates will be provided with full facilities of food and accommodation free of cost. At the time of enrollment, Rs 1,000 will have to be deposited as caution money, which will be returned on completion of training.

The minimum qualification for this course is 10th pass or equivalent. 8th pass candidates can also apply, provided they have three years of experience. Apart from this, NSQF Level 2 holders who have at least one and a half years of experience will also be eligible.

Product Assembly Assistant (Solar-LED): Course related to Solar-LED
This course will also be 330 hours. In this too, food and accommodation facilities will be provided free of cost to the candidates, and the caution money of Rs 1,000 taken at the time of enrollment will be returned after the completion of the course.

A 10th pass or equivalent qualification is necessary for admission in this course. Also, 8th pass candidates who have three years of experience, or one and a half years of experience with NSQF Level 2, can apply. Apart from this, candidates having two years of NTC with an 8th pass and students who have studied vocational subjects in regular schooling will also be eligible for this training.
