Ensuring justice for victims and extending the benefits of government schemes to eligible beneficiaries is the government's top priority: Keshav Prasad Maurya

The Deputy Chief Minister stated, “The *Janata Darshan* (public grievance redressal session) serves as a vital medium for direct communication with the general public. It brings ground realities to light and ensures effective action towards resolving issues. The government’s priority is to ensure that no aggrieved person returns disappointed and that the needy and eligible individuals receive the full benefits of government-provided facilities.”He reassured the people, saying, “Do not worry; your problems will be resolved, and you will receive the benefits provided by the government.” He instructed officials to resolve issues in such a manner that the aggrieved person does not have to wander from pillar to post or make repeated visits seeking a solution.Accountability must also be fixed for the concerned officials regarding the resolution of these issues.Shri Maurya emphasized, “Cases related to harassment and illegal land encroachment must be handled with the utmost seriousness and sensitivity. Effective and strict action, in accordance with the rules, must be ensured in such matters.”Regarding most land-related cases, he directed the concerned District Magistrates to constitute joint teams comprising officials and staff from the Revenue and Police departments for on-site inspections, ensuring meaningful and permanent resolutions based on these field inquiries.The Deputy Chief Minister listened to the grievances of women, persons with disabilities, and the elderly on a priority basis and issued necessary directives to the concerned officials for their prompt redressal.He stated, “Ensuring justice for every individual is the state government's commitment, and the public interest is paramount.”
