Namo Bharat Project Recruitment 2026: There is good news for young job seekers. The National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) has invited applications for direct recruitment to 67 posts of Supervisor-I and Junior Maintainer. This recruitment is for operations and maintenance roles under the Namo Bharat Project. The application process is currently underway. Eligible candidates can apply via the official NCRTC website until October 9.

The vacancies include positions for Supervisor-I in the Operations, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil departments. Additionally, there are posts for Junior Maintainers in Electrical, Fitter, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, and Electronics trades.

**Vacancy Details and Eligibility**

There are two vacancies for the post of Supervisor-I (Operations). To be eligible for this post, candidates must possess an engineering degree or a full-time engineering diploma from a recognized university or institute.

This recruitment drive includes 18 posts for Supervisor-I (Electronics), 14 for Electrical, three for Mechanical, and six for Civil. Candidates applying for these posts must hold a three-year full-time diploma or an equivalent qualification in the relevant engineering discipline.

For Junior Maintainer posts, there are vacancies in the following trades:

Electrical (8), Fitter (9), Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (5), and Electronics (2). Candidates must possess a relevant Industrial Training Institute (ITI) certificate or an equivalent qualification.
The maximum age limit for both Supervisor-I and Junior Maintainer posts is 28 years. Candidates belonging to reserved categories will receive age relaxation in accordance with government regulations.

**Selection Process**

The selection process will consist of a Computer-Based Test (CBT) followed by a medical examination. The CBT will carry 100 marks and be conducted in both Hindi and English. There will be no negative marking in the examination. Candidates belonging to the Unreserved and Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer) categories must secure at least 60 percent marks, whereas the qualifying marks for Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Persons with Benchmark Disabilities, and Ex-servicemen candidates will be 50 percent.
Candidates who qualify in the CBT will be required to undergo a medical examination.

**Salary Details**
The pay scale for Supervisor-I posts ranges from ₹37,000 to ₹1,15,000, with an initial basic pay of ₹37,000. For Junior Maintainer posts, the pay scale ranges from ₹18,250 to ₹59,200, with an initial basic pay of ₹18,250. Selected candidates will also be eligible for variable Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and other benefits in accordance with NCRTC rules.

**Application Fee**

Candidates belonging to the Unreserved, Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer), Economically Weaker Section, and Ex-servicemen categories are required to pay an application fee of ₹500, in addition to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities are exempted from paying the application fee.
