While R Madhavan shared a heartfelt birthday wish and a glimpse of Dubai’s Burj Khalifa lit up for the occasion, Ranveer Singh announced an education pledge. R Madhavan shares birthday wish for PM Modi
Actor R Madhavan took to Instagram to wish Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his 76th birthday. The Dhurandhar star said he joined people around the world in praying for and wishing the Prime Minister on the occasion. In his message, Madhavan wished PM Modi good health, happiness and many wonderful decades ahead. He also thanked the Prime Minister for strengthening the sense of pride and joy associated with being Indian.

Alongside his birthday message, R Madhavan also shared a news clip showing Dubai’s Burj Khalifa lit up to celebrate PM Modi’s birthday.The display featured the words “Happy Birthday”, followed by an image of Narendra Modi and visuals in the colours of the Indian tricolour.

The post added a visual touch to Madhavan’s birthday message, highlighting celebrations taking place beyond India.

Ranveer Singh pledges support for education of 1,000 girls
Meanwhile, actor Ranveer Singh marked PM Modi’s birthday with a social commitment of his own. During his visit to Mumbai’s iconic Lalbaugcha Raja pandal on Thursday night amid Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations, the actor pledged to support the education of 1,000 girls as part of the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan.

Speaking to News18, Ranveer said it felt good to be at Lalbaugcha Raja and reflected on the happiness his family had experienced over the past year. He explained that he had come to thank Bappa and seek blessings for the journey ahead.

On the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi and PM Modi’s birthday, Ranveer announced his decision to join the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan and support the education of 1,000 daughters. He also expressed hope that Bappa would be pleased with the initiative and that his blessings would remain with them.

Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor pledge to support 20 schools
Ranveer was not the only Bollywood celebrity to announce an initiative linked to education. Alia Bhatt and her husband, actor Ranbir Kapoor, have also committed to supporting the renovation of 20 schools in India as part of the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan. Reports said the initiative involves refurbishing 20 schools in Mumbai based on recommendations from the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation.

Alia also wished PM Modi on his 76th birthday, describing the spirit of Seva Sankalp Abhiyan as one focused on collective action and giving back. She said she and Ranbir were pledging to support the improvement of 20 schools so children could have better facilities and learning spaces.
