RCF Limited Offers 326 Apprentice Positions, Apply by September 20
Mumbai, September 13 (Daily Kiran) : A significant opportunity has emerged for individuals looking to kickstart their professional careers with a reputable organization. RCF Limited, or National Chemicals and Fertilizers, has announced openings for 326 apprentice positions through an official notification. The vacancies include 145 for general candidates, 32 for Scheduled Castes (SC), 29 for Scheduled Tribes (ST), 88 for Other Backward Classes (OBC, NCL), and 32 for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS).
Among the 326 positions available, there are 145 Graduate Apprentices, 105 Technician Apprentices, and 76 Trade Apprentices. Specifically, the Graduate Apprentice roles consist of 50 Accounts Executives, 60 Secretarial Assistants, and 35 Recruitment Executives in HR. For Technician Apprentices, the 105 positions include 20 in Diploma Chemical, 15 in Diploma Civil, 10 in Diploma Computer, 20 in Diploma Electrical, 20 in Diploma Instrumentation, and 20 in Diploma Mechanical.The Trade Apprenticeship includes 50 Attendant Operators (Chemical Plant), 4 Instrument Mechanics (Chemical Plant), 6 Laboratory Assistants (Chemical Plant), 2 Boiler Attendants, 6 Electricians, 6 Horticulture Assistants, and 2 Medical Laboratory Technicians (Pathology). The application process for all apprentice positions commenced on September 4 and will conclude on September 20. Interested candidates can apply for Trade Apprentice positions through the NAPS portal, while Graduate and Technician Apprentices should register on the official NATs portal before 5 PM on the deadline.Candidates applying for Graduate Apprentice roles must hold a degree in B.Com, BBA, or any graduation with basic English and computer operation skills. For Technician Apprentices, a relevant engineering diploma is required, while Trade Apprentices must have completed the 12th grade with a science background or a B.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. The minimum age for applicants is 18 years, while the maximum age is capped at 25, calculated as of September 1, 2026.Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per regulations. Selection will be based on a merit list and document verification. Those selected can expect a monthly stipend ranging from ₹14,600 to ₹17,300, depending on their position.
