Workday to set up GCC, signs one of the Larger Enterprise Office Commitments in Chennai with Cowrks
Workday has leased 1.94 lakh sqft in Chennai to set up global capability centre— One of the Larger Enterprise Office Commitments in the City with Brookfield properties.
According to the lease registered document shared by Propstack, the sub-lease arrangement between Cowrks and Workday reflects two distinct phases with different commercial structures. In Phase I, Workday has taken over 1 lakh sq. ft. as a managed office across the 3rd and 4th floors of Building 1C at Millenia Business Park, at an all-inclusive monthly rental of Rs. 310.8 per sq. ft., which covers warm shell rent, CAM, capex rent, OPEX, signage, and parking charges.
