'Good Partner' and 'Love Next Door' Hold Steady at #1

SBS's " Good Partner " clinched the top spot in its time slot across all channels on August 31. According to Nielsen Korea, the drama hit an impressive nationwide average rating of 15.4 percent. Among viewers aged 20 to 49, "Good Partner" was the leading choice, pulling in an average rating of 4.7 percent.

In the same time slot, MBC’s "Black Out" saw its highest Saturday ratings yet, achieving a nationwide average of 4.8 percent. This marked a notable increase from its previous Saturdays, when ratings were generally lower compared to Fridays.

tvN’s “Love Next Door” held the crown in the cable channels, delivering a strong performance with a nationwide average rating of 4.8 percent for its fifth episode.

Over on JTBC, "Romance in the House" kicked off its second half with a modest nationwide average rating of 3.3 percent.

TV Chosun’s “DNA Lover” lagged behind with an average nationwide rating of 0.6 percent for its fifth episode, while MBN’s “Bad Memory Eraser” maintained a steady 0.3 percent rating from the previous night.

Meanwhile, KBS 2TV’s “Beauty and Mr. Romantic” emerged as the week’s top performer, boasting an impressive nationwide average rating of 18.3 percent.

The competition remains fierce as these dramas vie for viewers’ attention, each carving out its own space in the weekend lineup.
