Amid Drug Allegations, G-Dragon Receives Tacit Support from Actor Lee Jin Wook and Others

Legal sources reported on the 20th of November that the National Forensic Service (NFS) informed the Incheon Police of positive drug reactions in G-Dragon's recent hair analysis. The NFS disclosed the hair analysis results to the police before releasing the nail analysis findings.

Earlier in the month, G-Dragon was investigated as a suspect under drug-related laws.
Initial tests by the police using reagent tests showed negative results. However, further samples of hair and nails were sent to the NFS for comprehensive analysis. Hair analysis can detect drug use within about a year based on hair length, while nail analysis indicates usage within the last 5 to 6 months.

G-Dragon shared an image on social media with the caption "사필귀정" (事必歸正), roughly translating to "all things return to propriety." This message hinted at his innocence, suggesting that everything would ultimately align with the right principles.

His sister Kwon Da-mi and brother-in-law Kim Min-jun showed support by using hashtags like "Guardians Of Daisy" and "Stand with G-Dragon," encouraging others to support him. Even actor Lee Jin Wook , who faced false accusations in 2016, expressed his support. Lee Jin Wook, having experienced the severity of false accusations, emphasized the importance of recognizing the innocence of the accused.

Several other celebrities, including Tiger JK, Kim Ina, Se7en, Jang Woo Hyuk, and Yoon Se-ho, also showed solidarity by liking G-Dragon's post amid the ongoing controversy.
