Shah Rukh Khan Boosts Team India, Ranveer Singh Expresses Solidarity After Team India's World Cup Loss

After India's loss to Australia in the World Cup 2023 final match, Shah Rukh Khan penned a heartfelt message for the team. Present at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad were Shah Rukh, accompanied by his wife Gauri Khan and their children, Suhana and Aryan Khan, among other spectators who witnessed the game.

Shah Rukh Khan's Reaction on World Cup Defeat

After Australia emerged victorious, Shah Rukh Khan expressed his gratitude to the Indian team on his social media account, stating, “The way the Indian team has played this whole tournament is a matter of honour and they showed great spirit and tenacity. It’s a sport and there are always a bad day or two. Unfortunately it happened today….but thank u Team India for making us so proud of our sporting legacy in cricket…u bring too much cheer to the whole of India. Love and respect. You make us one proud Nation.”

In a 6-wicket victory, Team Australia defeated India. Notable personalities like AbRam Khan, Shanaya Kapoor, Asha Bhosle, Daggubati Venkatesh, Ayushmann Khurrana, and Vivek Oberoi graced the stadium for this intense match. Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan were spotted in the stands, cheering for India alongside Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh. Adding to the support, Deepika was accompanied by her sister, Anisha, and their father, the renowned badminton champion Prakash Padukone.

Additionally, Anushka Sharma and Athiya Shetty were in attendance at the stadium, supporting their husbands who were playing in the match. A viral photo captured them appearing disheartened as India faced defeat against Australia. Post-match, Anushka was spotted embracing Virat Kohli near the stands, consoling him as he faced away from the camera, his face not visible, only his back adorned in the blue jersey with his name.
