2026 Renault Kwid Facelift: Expected Price, Features, Design, Engine And Launch Details
Renault has announced the launch of Kwid ’s 2026 Facelift on July 3, 2026 designed to keep the popular hatchback competitive in the entry-level car segment. While the powertrain remains unchanged, the facelift introduces significant styling and feature enhancements.
The facelifted Kwid takes inspiration from the Dacia Spring EV sold in the international markets with a sharper and more modern appearance.
The car features Y-shaped LED daytime running lights, similar to those seen on Renault’s latest global models. The Kwid 2026 is expected to come with a redesigned grille with a more premium look and redesigned tail-lights featuring the Y-shaped lighting signatures.
The front and rear bumpers are updated for a rugged SUV-inspired stance providing the car with 184 mm ground clearance.

The Renault Kwid is expected to undergo no mechanical changes and would still be powered by the existing 1.0 litre, three cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine. The engine output remains around 67-68 horsepower and 91-96 Nm of torque.
