BYD eMax 7 MPV Debuts At ₹26.90 Lakh: A Strong Competitor To Innova Hycross

BYD India has taken a significant step forward in the electric vehicle (EV) sector with the launch of the all-new eMax 7 MPV. This latest addition aims to replace the existing e6 in the brand's growing lineup of electric offerings. Positioned strategically in the market, the eMax 7 is available in two variants: the Premium, starting at Rs 26.90 lakh, and the Superior, starting at Rs 29.90 lakh for the 7-seater configuration.

Striking Exterior Design
The exterior of the BYD eMax 7 features a host of modern design elements that are sure to attract attention. The vehicle boasts updated LED headlamps and a redesigned front bumper, providing a fresh and contemporary look. Sleek LED tail lights enhance the rear aesthetics, contributing to the overall streamlined profile of the MPV. Riding on 17-inch alloy wheels, the eMax 7 is available in four striking colours: Quartz Blue, Harbour Grey, Crystal White, and Cosmos Black, allowing customers to choose a shade that fits their personal style.


Powerful Battery Options and Impressive Range
One of the standout features of the eMax 7 is its impressive battery options, which cater to different user needs. The Premium variant is equipped with a 55.4kWh battery, delivering an impressive range of up to 420 km on a single charge. In contrast, the Superior variant offers a larger 71.8kWh battery, extending the range to an impressive 530 km. Both variants are designed to accommodate the fast-paced lifestyles of modern consumers.

Charging convenience is a highlight of the eMax 7, as both variants come with a standard 7kW AC charger. Additionally, they support DC fast charging capabilities, allowing the Premium variant to charge at up to 89kW and the Superior at an impressive 115kW. A unique feature of the eMax 7 is its vehicle-to-load (V2L) charging capability, enabling users to power external devices, which adds versatility and practicality for users on the go.
