Instead of the standard seating arrangement, the six-seater Mahindra XEV 9S gets captain seats, offering a more individualised seating layout for passengers. The new option is available across selected variants and retains the same battery and powertrain choices.

The 70 kWh battery-equipped version offers a claimed range of up to 600 km on a single charge. Meanwhile, the larger 79 kWh battery increases the claimed range to as much as 679 km.
