Suzuki e-Access Electric Scooter Rolls Off the Line: A New Challenger Enters the EV Race
Suzuki Motorcycle India has officially begun production of its first electric scooter , the e-Access , at its Gurgaon plant. Unveiled earlier this year at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo, the e-Access is Suzuki’s bold step into the electric two-wheeler market, where it will compete with models like the Honda Activa e:, Ather Rizta, and Ola S1.
Sleek and Modern Design
The e-Access stands out with its clean, flat side panels and a sharply raked front apron that lends it a sporty character. A rectangular LED headlamp, vertical LED DRL, and a 4.2-inch fully digital display with smartphone connectivity round out its modern look.
Performance and Range
At its core, the e-Access is powered by a 3.07 kWh LFP battery and a 4.1 kW motor, offering 5.5 bhp and 15 Nm of torque. This setup enables a top speed of 71 kmph and a claimed range of 95 km on a full charge.
