The Toyota Fortuner registered sales of 3,504 units, followed by theMaruti Suzuki XL6 with 3,293 units. The Toyota Rumion completed the list with 2,396 units sold in August 2026.

Mahindra Scorpio Records Strong Growth
The Mahindra Scorpio secured the second position with 15,576 units sold in August 2026.In the same month last year, Mahindra sold 9,840 units of the Scorpio. Its sales therefore increased by 58.3% year-on-year, making it one of the strongest performers on the list.
