If you are planning to order an Aadhaar PVC card , you may have to pay more from next year. The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has announced an increase in the price of the Aadhaar PVC card. Starting January 1, 2026, the fee will rise from ₹50 to ₹75.
According to UIDAI, the revision has been made due to higher costs of raw materials, printing, and secure doorstep delivery.

How to Apply for an Aadhaar PVC Card Online
You can order your Aadhaar PVC card in a few simple steps: - Visit the official UIDAI website.
- Enter your Aadhaar number and captcha code.
- Click on 'Send OTP'.
- Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number.
- Select 'Order Aadhaar PVC Card'.
- Verify your details and click 'Next'.
- Make the payment using UPI, debit card, credit card, or net banking.
- After successful payment, your request will be processed.
