Indira Ivf, Chartered Speed & 6 others get nod for IPOs

Mumbai: Indira Ivf, Rays Of Belief, Chartered Speed and five others received approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) for their proposed initial public offerings (IPOs). The regulator issued its final observations on the draft papers last week. Chartered Speed's IPO comprises a fresh issue of ₹655 crore and an offer for sale of ₹200 crore. RKCPL's IPO consists of a fresh issue of ₹700 and an offer for sale of ₹550 crore.

Indira Ivf and Rays Of Belief opted for a confidential filing with Sebi which allows it to withhold public disclosure of IPO details until later stages. Tempsens Instruments India's IPO consists of a fresh issue of ₹118 crore and OFS of 17.9 million shares.

Glass Wall Systems India's IPO comprises a fresh issue of ₹60 crore and an OFSof 40.2 millin shares. Shriram Food's IPO consists of a fresh issue of 21.2 million shares and OFS of 5.2 million shares. Jerai Fitness's IPO comprises OFS of 4,392,000 shares.
