CHIDAMBARAM: A 16-year-old Class 11 student is battling for her life after a man allegedly entered her house and stabbed her in the neck with a knife after she repeatedly rejected his advances, police said.
The incident took place on Sunday at the teenager's residence in Keezhamoongiladi village in Cuddalore district.
The accused, identified as Iyappan , was known to visit the girl's house for electrical repair work, during which he allegedly developed an infatuation for her.
