A £3m Buckinghamshire house and a £2.5m Dorset home can be won with 10p ticket
Raffle House has unveiled a new Dream Home prize draw, giving participants the chance to win a £3 million property in Buckinghamshire. Those who enter before February 28, will automatically receive entries for the following month's Dorset Dream Home at no additional cost, with that property valued at £2.5 million - making a total prize pool worth £5.5 million.
Prospective entrants have several ways to take part in the draw for both properties. Options include a free postal entry, single purchase packages, or subscription plans that can be modified, paused or cancelled at any time.
For those opting for the postal route, entrants must first set up an online account and agree to Raffle House's Terms and Conditions, then write the relevant details on a plain sheet of paper and post it to the designated address via first or second class mail. Only one entry per envelope will be accepted, and the company confirms postal entries carry exactly the same weight as paid ones.
Single purchase options are also available, with 15 tickets for £10, 50 tickets for £25, 150 tickets for £50 and 500 tickets for £100. Given that the same number of tickets applies to both the Buckinghamshire and Dorset draws, this equates to just 10p per ticket.
For subscriptions, participants can select from three current tiers - £10 monthly for 45 tickets, £30 monthly for 180 tickets, or £50 monthly for 450 tickets. All three packages feature Dream Home and Early Bird tickets, alongside loyalty bonus tickets, though the entry-level £10 option excludes the exclusive weekly £1,000 draws, according to the website, reports the Mirror.
Should winners prefer not to retain the property or relocate, Raffle House provides the option to accept a cash equivalent instead. Participants may also opt to donate part of their ticket value to one of the company's 20+ charitable partners.
The Buckinghamshire residence sits near Amersham, under an hour from London. It carries an independent valuation of £3 million, with stamp duty and legal costs covered, plus the furnishings displayed, the website states. Meanwhile, the £2.5m Dorset Dream Home lies near Shaftesbury, roughly two hours from London.
Alternatively, consumers might consider Omaze, which currently presents participants with the opportunity to secure a £4 million Cornish property, accompanied by £250,000 cash. Multiple entry methods exist, including postal, single purchase and subscription options.
Postcode Lottery represents another avenue, where participants could claim a portion of £17.3 million across its March draws, the website indicates. Registration must be completed by 28 February to participate, with the organisation also providing 'non-cash prizes'.
