Andhra Pradesh to Lead India’s 10,900 e-Bus Drive Under PM e-Bus Sewa Programme

The initiative aims to reduce carbon emissions and support the Union Government’s Net Zero target by 2070. The Convergence Energy Services Limited (CESL), under the Ministry of Power, has floated India’s largest-ever tender for 10,900 electric buses. The project not only emphasizes clean transportation but also highlights India’s growing commitment to developing a low-carbon economy driven by innovation and green energy adoption.
