Besa NP sets up call centre to streamline SIR exercise
Nagpur: Besa Nagar Panchayat has launched a dedicated call centre to help residents complete SIR verification process and eliminate confusion regarding their designated Booth Level Officers (BLOs).
Public Works Committee chairman Mukesh Kale said the initiative was introduced after Panchayat received numerous complaints from residents who were unsure about which BLO they needed to contact. Operational for nearly a week, the call centre is contacting citizens, informing them about their assigned BLO and guiding them through the SIR process.
