Britain's 'most generous' boss splashes £100,000 on employee's presents

Christmas at the workplace can be a real hit or miss - usually the office secret Santa means you'll end up with a novelty mug, a box of Celebrations or a joke gift from a co-worker.

However one boss went above and beyond for his employee's this year, and even gifted one of them a luxury car as praise for their work this year. CEO Benjy Leslie hosts a 'Santa Leslie incentive’ at his social-first agency Connect Management, and in the run up to Christmas, picks the employee and salesperson of the day to get to choose a present from a large Christmas display.

The impressive array features a number of envelopes and wrapped gifts which he spent £100,000 on. The at the front is a large tombola box, ready for the employees to spin for their luck and each day since November staff have been winning prizes at work.

However the employees were left speechless when a new employee, who had only been at the agency a few months won a Range Rover. A clip of the moment was shared by the company's TikTok page as staff cheered on the employee named Chloe when she won the luxury car.

Other gifts employees picked up included a brand new iPhone, tickets to see Olivia Dean, a scooter, a pair of Rayban Meta sunglasses, Airpods Pro Max, an Osmo camera, a Lego set, a LED beauty mask holidays and more. Chloe picked out the number 60 and was left reeling after learning she had won a car and got the key to a Range Rover, as well as one year’s car insurance. Typically these cars cost between £40,000 and £60,000, while one year insurance would set you back between £700 and £2000.

"There’s no way she won that at work,” the caption of the video said as the rest of the staff followed her out to pick up her brand new car. Chloe was stunned as the white Range Rover Evoque was revealed, adding: "That is gorgeous,” as she posed with the car and took a look inside.

Commenting on the video, Chloe said: "Absolutely insane. Forever grateful to work for the most amazing company in the WORLD! The streets of London better watch out.”

The video, which has now gone viral and now been watched over a million times, has seen many people commenting on the video asking if the company are hiring. One TikTok viewer penned: "How do I apply for a job here? I don’t even get a card from my work and have to work over Christmas," while a second said: "Think I need a new job."

A third commented: "How do I apply here ASAP?" While one person noted: " haven’t had a pay rise in five years and I don’t get a Christmas bonus. The Christmas works do is your treat and I don’t go so not treat for me. This company is really making others look terrible.” Another added: “Wow, amazing boss. I completed 14 years service in dementia and I got a £20 Amazon voucher.”
