CCTV captures moment of bus skidding 25 metres before overturning after hitting divider; 1 dead, 26 injured
MALAPPURAM: CCTV footage captured the moment a private bus travelling from Kozhikode to Thrissur crashed through the road divider on Sunday, skidded for nearly 25 metres and flipped onto the opposite carriageway, leaving one person dead and 26 others injured.
The deceased was identified as a native of Kozhikode.
After the crash, the bus was left perched on a concrete roadside barrier, twisted in the middle with its undercarriage ripped away by the impact, while one side rested on top of a car on the opposite carriageway.
