Chola raises ₹7,917 cr through NCDs, subordinated debt in Q1 FY27
Chennai: Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company ( Chola ), the financial services arm of the Murugappa Group , raised Rs 7,917 crore through non-convertible debentures (NCDs) and subordinated debt during the first quarter of the current fiscal ( Q1 FY27 ).
Its board on Tuesday also approved the issuance of secured and/or unsecured NCDs aggregating up to Rs 55,000 crore in one or more tranches on a private placement basis, the company informed the stock exchanges.
