Complete e-KYC by June 30 for LPG subsidy continuation
LPG consumers, including beneficiaries under the Ujjwala scheme, have been advised to complete their e-KYC process by June 30, 2026, to ensure uninterrupted subsidy benefits and services.
Consumers who have already completed e-KYC are not required to re-register.
For Indane (IndianOil) customers
- Download the IndianOil ONE app
- Log in using LPG consumer details
- Open the profile section
- Select the e-KYC option
- Follow instructions to complete identity verification
For HP Gas customers
- Log in to the HP Pay app
- Go to the “My HP” section
- Select the e-KYC option
- Complete the verification process
For Bharat Gas customers
- Install the Hello BPCL app
- Log in using registered mobile number
- Select e-KYC service
- Complete OTP verification and face authentication
Officials have cautioned that failure to complete e-KYC within the deadline may lead to delays in subsidy disbursal or disruption in services. Consumers have been advised to complete the process within the stipulated time.
