Court reserves order on bail plea of Tej Pratap
Patna : A Patna court on Monday reserved its order on the bail plea of Janshakti Janata Dal (JJD) national president Tej Pratap Yadav , who was arrested in connection with the violence that broke out during the Bihar bandh on July 25.
The bail application was heard by Divisional Magistrate Aarti Upadhyay , where both the defence and prosecution presented their arguments. After hearing both sides, the court reserved its order. Tej Pratap continues to remain in 14-day judicial custody at Beur Central Jail .
