Day after seeking Hawara's parole, SAD (Punar Surjit) meets his family

Patiala: A day after SAD (Punar Surjit) sought Punjab governor Gulab Chand Kataria's intervention for parole for Jagtar Singh Hawara , the party's youth wing on Tuesday stepped up the campaign by visiting Hawara village and urging Punjab govt to allow the jailed convict to meet his ailing mother.

Even as the party made the appeal to Punjab govt, the matter has to be decided by the Chandigarh administration and the superintendent of Mandoli jail, Delhi.
