Delhi Viral Stunt Video: Biker Arrested After He Opens Doors Of Moving Buses For Reels

A reckless bid for social media fame has landed a young biker in serious trouble after a Delhi viral stunt video exposed his dangerous road behaviour. The Delhi Police arrest of 22-year-old Tushar Puniya, a resident of Khajuri Khas, followed the circulation of footage showing him riding a motorcycle without a registration plate and opening the doors of moving vehicles, including a DTC bus, on busy city roads.

The disturbing clip, which surfaced on February 16, shows Puniya weaving aggressively through traffic in northeast Delhi’s New Usmanpur area. In the video, he can be seen reaching out to pull at the doors of buses and other vehicles while they were still in motion. The dangerous bike stunt not only put his own life at risk but also endangered unsuspecting passengers, motorists, and pedestrians. The act has since been widely criticised as a serious road safety violation.

Acting swiftly on the viral video arrest case, police registered a complaint at the New Usmanpur police station under relevant sections of the law, including provisions related to rash and dangerous driving. A special investigative team analysed CCTV footage from the area and examined details from the circulating clip to identify and track down the accused.
