According to the weather department, light to moderate rainfall accompanied by thunderstorms and gusty winds is very likely across Delhi and nearby areas. Wind speeds are expected to reach 50-60 kmph, with gusts touching up to 70 kmph in some places. The IMD has also warned of the possibility of isolated hailstorms in parts of the national capital.

As dark clouds covered the skies, the weather office advised residents to follow safety guidelines issued by disaster management authorities. Officials said the alert has been shared with all concerned agencies to ensure preparedness and timely action if required.

Delhi and Noida Weather Update

Several parts of Delhi witnessed moderate to heavy rainfall, bringing much-needed relief from uncomfortable weather conditions. The IMD has simultaneously issued a yellow alert for the coming two days, indicating continued weather activity in the region.

In Noida, strong winds and dust storms were reported before rain arrived. The forecast suggests a partly cloudy sky with one or two spells of rain or thundershowers likely to continue until June 6.
