Delhi-NCR Receives Heavy Rainfall, IMD Issues Fresh Yellow Alert

Heavy rainfall swept across several parts of Delhi-NCR on Wednesday morning, bringing much-needed relief from hot and humid weather. Following the showers, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) issued a yellow alert for both Wednesday and Thursday, urging residents to remain cautious as more rain is expected.

IMD Predicts More Rain and Thunderstorms

According to the IMD, Delhi-NCR is likely to witness more spells of rainfall over the next five days. The weather department has also forecast thunderstorms, lightning and gusty winds across the region during this period.

Residents have been advised to stay alert and take necessary precautions, as changing weather conditions could affect daily travel and outdoor activities.
