NEW DELHI: Rain lashed parts of Delhi in the early hours of Thursday, extending the monsoon spell in the national capital and bringing relief from the recent humid conditions.
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued an 'orange' alert for Delhi, forecasting heavy rainfall across the region through most of the day.
The continuous rainfall led to waterlogging in several parts of the city, including New Delhi Railway Station, Munirka and other areas.
