FIR against 2 for abetment to suicide over land dispute
Gurgaon: An FIR has been registered against two persons for abetment to suicide after a 42-year-old cab driver died by suicide in Ghamroj on Wednesday over sustained pressure to hand over his land.
The deceased, Jaikiran, was found dead in his room by his family. They informed police around 7.30am.
During the investigation, police recovered a video from Jaikaran ’s mobile phone. In the recording, he named Sheru , a resident of Ghamroj village, and Charan Singh alias Channi of Alipur village , and said they were consistently harassing him to transfer his land to them.
