Fireman dies by suicide alleging harassment by loan sharks in Madurai; one arrested
Madurai : Police arrested a man in connection with the alleged abetment of suicide of a fire and rescue services personnel who was found hanging at his house in Usilampatti in Madurai district on Saturday.
The deceased, identified as Sureshkumar , a resident of Sathya Nagar in Usilampatti, was serving as a fireman at the Guindy Fire and Rescue Services Station in Chennai. He came to his native place on leave when he allegedly died by suicide at his residence.
