Hyderabad horror: Airline crew member 'raped' by cab driver on way to airport

HYDERABAD: A woman cabin crew member of a private airline alleged that she was raped by a cab driver on July 20 while she was en route to the airport. Police registered a rape case and arrested the accused on Tuesday. He was sent to judicial remand .

According to the police, the incident took place at an isolated spot near an under-construction school close to the airport. On the pretext of attending nature's call, the accused allegedly took a detour to the isolated location.
