I, Jack Wright episode release schedule in full as BBC airs back-to-back instalments
BBC One viewers are in for a real treat as a six-part drama acclaimed as "faultless" has arrived on the channel. I, Jack Wright is a murder mystery series that first made its debut in April 2025 on U&Alibi and is now ready to watch on BBC One and BBC iPlayer following its acquisition by the broadcaster.
This means those who are yet to experience the gripping whodunnit can tune in from Sunday, July 12 to catch up on all the drama. The series has been penned by Chris Lang, the acclaimed writer behind Unforgotten, Innocent, The Thief, His Wife and the Canoe, and boasts an outstanding ensemble cast. Among those appearing in I, Jack Wright are Nikki-Amuka Bird, John Simm, Daniel Rigby, Ruby Ashbourne-Serkis, Zoë Tapper, Percelle Ascott, Harry Lloyd and Liz Kingsman.
The official synopsis for the series states: "I, Jack Wright, is a propulsive whodunnit with family secrets at its core. The apparent death by suicide of high-powered businessman Jack Wright sends shockwaves through his family, leaving a mystery that pits greed, loyalty and suspicion against one another."

The first series comprises six episodes in total, reports Wales Online.
The opening episode will air on BBC One at 9:15pm on Sunday, July 12, followed immediately by the second instalment at 10:30pm as part of a double bill. Those who enjoy the first two episodes won't have long to wait, as episodes three and four will air on Monday, July 13.
Episode three will air at 9:15pm, while episode four will air after the 10pm news at 10:40pm.
Episodes five and six are expected to air on Sunday, July 19.
