India to Get Its First National Cow Culture Museum in Mathura: A Celebration of Heritage and Science

Mathura, Uttar Pradesh In a unique cultural and educational initiative, India is all set to inaugurate its first National Cow Culture Museum in Mathura, marking a significant milestone in celebrating India’s deep-rooted connection with cows. The museum will be established on the campus of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Veterinary Science University under the guidance of the Uttar Pradesh Braj Teerth Vikas Parishad.

The chosen site has already been identified and inspected by senior officials including Braj Teerth Vikas Parishad leaders and local authorities who reviewed the project’s layout and goals.

Officials say the museum will focus on showcasing the religious, cultural, and spiritual importance of cows in Indian society, alongside their scientific and economic value. The vision is to create a holistic space where tradition meets science, enhancing public awareness about cattle conservation and the various benefits derived from cow-based products.
