Following the goal, BBC commentators said that Bellingham turned to the bench and shouted something while throwing his hands up in the air. Fellow midfielder Declan Rice was also seen shouting at England teammates in the aftermath of the goal.
On the goal, former England striker Alan Shearer named the two players to blame. "You can see the shock on the England players and fans faces - this is not what they expected," he said.
"Cipenga has no other thought but to get the shot away. England are all over the place, [Djed] Spence comes in with the tackle but can't get there, and [Jordan] Pickford gets done at his near post. For a keeper of his quality he shouldn't be beaten there."
Bellingham later showed his frustration further, when he was shown a yellow card for a challenge in the middle of the park. Shearer added: "We do see that from Jude Bellingham, we see it for Real Madrid when things aren't going entirely his way. You wouldn't want to take that streak out of him, but he's got to manage it now.
"Bellingham made his mind up that he was going in for the crunching tackle a few seconds before, and he couldn't change his mind. It is a yellow card, no doubt."
Speaking on BBC Radio 5Live, former England goalkeeper Paul Robinson said: "I'm not enjoying the body language of the England players. I saw a shot of Jude Bellingham after that misplaced pass. I'm not liking the body language of the players and the manager at the moment."
