Man held with Rs 3.8cr heroin in Goregaon
Mumbai: The anti-narcotics cell arrested a man and seized 750gm of heroin worth Rs 3.8 crore in Goregaon. The investigation has shown that the accused, Subhan Imran Gada , allegedly procured the drugs from Rajasthan and Uttarakhand. Police are probing suspected links to a foreign heroin trafficking syndicate.
Based on a tipoff, Shashikant Jagdale , senior inspector, Kandivli unit, laid a trap and caught Gada, who hails from Uttarakhand, with the drugs.
A case has been registered under NDPS Act. TNN
