Man Utd 'tell midfielder to leave permanently' and three more announcements could follow

Manchester United have told Toby Collyer he is free to leave the club permanently this summer. The midfielder was the only player to arrive at Old Trafford during Ralf Rangnick's caretaker spell in 2022.

Four years after his move from Brighton & Hove Albion, the club have reportedly informed him he is free to depart the club. He endured an injury-ravaged campaign last year which forced the club to cut short loan spells with both West Bromwich Albion and Hull City. After being left out of Michael Carrick's squad that faced Atletico Madrid in pre-season, Collyer now looks set to exit the club. He is not the only prospect who may be shown the door.
